Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Yes. Prior to any booking, I will show you my work on a DVD. If you do not like what you see, I have no problem walking away without a signed contract. Please note that if you do deside to book with me, a non-refundable retainer fee is required to hold your date. I will be the sole contact for your event and will take care of your request as well as any particulars the day of your event.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I'm a member of the American Disc Jockey Association and they try to make sure that all members meet certain standards. I'm also an Engineer.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Between $125 and $200.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
$200 is the retainer. Cancellation is has to be writen an in 48 hours prior to the event or the entire balance is due.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
Over 20 years experience. I average 55 gigs per year.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  Bi-lingual; Spanish and English music.

Q.  Do you take requests?
Definately. Please also think about if I can take any request from your guest.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
Yes. As long as it is in CD format or MP3 , I can play your music.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes. There is a separate mixer and laptop to back up the main system. The speakers have built in amplifiers with independent circuit brakes. Chance of both speaker turning off at the same time is very unlikely and should they turn off. We only have to wait a few minute and we will have sound restored once the speakers cool off.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes. I will take care of all your announcements and introductions.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
Formal Tux for Wedding and Sweet 16's . All others will be at the request of the customer.

Q.  Are you insured?
  Yes. 2,000,000. Liability

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
I've worked for other DJ companies and I'm trying to NOT make the same mistakes that I often hear from the customers about other DJ companies. You have to be weary about companies that have independent contractors. In other words, the professionals have their own equipment but are being sub contracted. These professionals can quit at any time; thus making you a target and not having who you chose.
